This year’s Redken Fusion Toronto welcomed over 1,000 attendees, and to accommodate the demand, we dispatched a fleet of over 40 shuttle buses with 56-passenger coaches, ensuring each guest enjoyed a smooth, comfortable journey. With a carefully coordinated schedule, we efficiently managed transportation for arrivals, departures, and session transitions. Our team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to develop a transportation plan tailored to guests’ needs, resulting in timely and efficient rides throughout the event.
To further guarantee smooth operations, we stationed two of our most experienced on-site coordinators. These coordinators oversaw real-time scheduling, managed last-minute adjustments, and provided on-the-ground assistance, giving Redken Fusion attendees a seamless experience. Their presence allowed us to handle any unforeseen circumstances promptly, minimizing wait times and enhancing guest satisfaction. These extra steps helped attendees focus fully on the event, confident in their transportation logistics.
